We offer a warranty that covers manufacturing defects for a specified period from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to all jewelry items purchased from Anuradha Jewellers.
The warranty period for our jewellery products is 6 month, starting from the date of purchase. During this time, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any jewelry found to have manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that include, but are not limited to:
a) Missing gemstones or diamonds due to defective setting
b) Cracks, fractures, or breaks resulting from substandard materials or craftsmanship
c) Defective clasps, hinges, or closures
d) Discoloration or fading of metal or gemstones not caused by wear and tear
e) The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item by Anuradha Jewellers.
This warranty does not cover the following:
a) Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and chipping
b) Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, misuse, or abuse
c) Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
d) Loss of gemstones or diamonds after purchase
e) Jewelry that has been resized, engraved, or modified by a third party
f) Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, harsh conditions, or excessive heat.

While we make every effort to ensure the utmost quality of our jewelry, customers might occasionally experience problems with their silver pieces, including flaws or harm. To initiate a warranty claim for silver jewelry at Anuradha Jewellers, adhere to the following guidelines:
Check The Warranty Period: Anuradha Jewellers provides a 6-month warranty for its silver jewelry. Before proceeding with a warranty claim, please ensure that your jewellery remains within the eligible warranty timeframe.
Contact Customer Service: If you encounter any concerns with your silver jewelry, reach out to our Customer Service team via our website or email. Clearly outline the problem you are experiencing, accompanied by well-defined images showcasing the imperfection, and furnish your order particulars.
Return The Jewellery: Should Anuradha Jewellers’ customer service ascertain the eligibility of your silver jewelry for a warranty claim, they will furnish you with guidance on the procedure for returning the jewellery. Prior to sending the jewelry back to us for repair or replacement, please ensure to package it in a safe and secure manner. Upon receiving confirmation via email, kindly note that a fee of 150 rs is applicable. This fee exclusively addresses the shipping expenses for the product, irrespective of your geographical location. If your Pincode is not covered by our service, you will be responsible for arranging the shipment of the product independently. Upon the successful receipt of your self-shipped product, a payment of 100 Rs is required for shipping charges. This amount enables us to facilitate the return of your repaired product to you.
Await Assessment: Upon receipt of your returned jewelry, Anuradha Jewellers will require approximately 3-4 days to assess it, verifying the concern and establishing its eligibility for warranty coverage.
Receive the replacement: If your silver jewelry falls under warranty coverage, Anuradha Jewellers will offer complimentary replacement or repair services, with an estimated duration of 8-15 business days. In cases where the concern is not encompassed by the warranty, you will be notified of any associated repair expenses. You will then have the choice to either proceed with the repair by accepting the costs or to opt for the return of the jewellery in as it is.
Note: When utilizing the self-shipping method, the complete responsibility for the product rests with the customer. Anuradha Jewellers will not assume liability for any potential losses.
