At Anuradha Jewellers, we strive to provide you with the best quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there might be occasions when you need to initiate a refund or return. This Refunds / Returns Policy outlines our procedures to ensure a smooth and transparent process. 

In case you placed an order and no longer wish to buy a product, please cancel your order within 12 hours by contacting us on whatsapp at +919687916218.An order can only be cancelled if its still not shipped from our warehouse. Once shipped an order in transit can’t be cancelled.

Terms Of Exchange

a) The purchaser is required to request a replacement within 7 days of product receipt; beyond this timeframe, no exchange option will be accessible, regardless of manufacturing defects or any other grounds.

b) In the event of receiving an incorrect item, kindly initiate an exchange request within 24 hours of order receipt. Please include product images, as well as the packing slip, when submitting the request.

c) Only items in their original, unused state, accompanied by intact original packaging and tags, qualify for exchange.

d) The purchaser is responsible for covering the expense of item return, along with any supplementary shipping charges for the replacement item.

e)  For an exchange, our courier partner will pick up the product from you within 4 to 5 working days.

f) Once the product arrives the exchange procedure will be carried out within a span of 1-2 working days upon receiving the returned product.

g) In the event that the selected replacement item is unavailable, a complete refund will be issued to the initial payment mode.

Terms Of Return

a) We offer a 7 Days return policy on unused/undamaged products with their tags intact and in the box, they were delivered in.

b) Remember that you will have to ship the product to us. We will charge a minor fee of Rs. 100 for the returns as we offer free shipping. 

c) We provide a convenient and straightforward 7 Days return policy. Regrettably, should more than 7 Days have elapsed since the receipt of the merchandise, we are unable to facilitate a return or exchange.

d) For a return to be eligible, the item must remain unused and maintain the identical condition as when initially received. Additionally, it should be housed in its original packaging; otherwise, the consumer will incur penalties.

e) For all ‘Cash On Delivery’ order returns, the COD fee will NOT be refunded.  

f) To initiate a return request, you have a couple of options: Log in to your account on our website and Navigate to the “My Orders” section. If eligible for return, you will see a “Return” button next to the order details, Click on it to start the return process.

Non-Refundable and Exchangeable Items

Certain items are non-refundable & Exchangeable, including but not limited to:

a) 999 Silver Frames & Gold Frames
b) 999 Silver Coins
c) Custom-made or personalized jewelry
d) Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.

Terms Of Refund

a) Should the purchased item fail to be delivered, with no tracking updates from the courier partner, and payment having been made in advance, the purchaser is entitled to a complete reimbursement.

b) Refunds are not applicable for damaged/missing items; nevertheless, we can facilitate exchanges where relevant.

c) Instances of damaged or missing items must be communicated through email or phone contact within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence attached to your return inquiry. Substitute items will not be provided if the issue is not reported within a 24-hour timeframe.

d) Upon receipt of the returned merchandise (a process spanning 5-7 business days), followed by its inspection (which could take 2-3 working days), we will inform you of the status of your refund, whether it has been approved or declined. Once the product is received by us, your refund will be generated to your original mode of payment. We receive returned products in 15-20 days. Your patience is appreciated in such circumstances.
